Льыоравэтльан - Grant Policy Conference in Krasnoyarsk

Conference "Russian Models of Government Support of Civil Initiatives. Mechanisms of Government Competitive Financing of Social Projects". Representatives of administrations and public organizations of Tomsk, Arkhangelsk, Irkutsk Oblasts, Perm and Altai Krai, Khakass Republic took part in the conference besides those of Krasnoyarsk Krai. I. Rondik, member of Public Chamber of the Russian Federation; A. Shadrin, deputy director of Strategic Management and Budget Department of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; Z. Davydova, senior tax lawyer of non-commercial partnership "Lawyers for Civil Society"; E. Malitskaya, member of Councils of Experts of Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, president of inter-regional public foundation "Siberian Center of Civil Initiatives' Support" were guests of honor at the conference.
Participants of the conference shared their experience in implementation of social programmes and projects in regions, discussed upgradeability of financial and legislative mechanisms of grant programmes, problems of expert and personnel support of development of mechanisms of government competitive financing of social programmes and projects and many other questions. The participants also exchanged various materials defining practical experience in implementation of social programmes and projects. All the participants were of high opinion of the event and expressed their thanks to its organizers. The conference will result in summary reports where all suggestions and comments will be summed up.
